Thermoelectric structures and devices, as e. g. Low Power Thermoelectric Generators, infrared-detectors and heat flux sensors can be developed for specific applications from dimensioning phase, over design and layout up to the prototyp.

The pattern generation can be made either by mask technique or by photolithographie and wet chemical etching. At present time there are structures up to 20 µm realized.
